    Invalidate acl.c caches when pg_authid changes.
    
    This makes existing sessions reflect "ALTER ROLE ... [NO]INHERIT" as
    quickly as they have been reflecting "GRANT role_name".  Back-patch to
    9.5 (all supported versions).
